The staff was accommodating when we needed to change rooms.

Upon check-in, we encountered a strong smell of smoke in our first room, which was not acceptable for a non-smoking room. After requesting a room change, the new room appeared tidy, but upon further inspection, we found hair under the blankets and a sticky floor, indicating poor cleanliness. Additionally, we noticed a foul odor coming from the bathtub, making our stay quite unpleasant.

i was shocked at the poor water pressure in the shower, it was almost like a sprinkler. Also, the AC just refused to work at night and i had to go down to the front desk like it was the 1800s. i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t, so disappointing!

The staff was welcoming, brightening our stay with friendly smiles and attentive service. The room had comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The location was near various restaurants and attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. 😊

We spent a night in room 315, and lemme tell ya, the view wasn’t pretty. Had a pile o' garbage right outside with some rats makin' themselves at home. Staff was real nice when we asked for a room swap, but I found a few black bits on the sheets. Bring your own trash bags if you got a family, those bins were tiny!

We enjoyed our stay with three young kids at this hotel. It was a clean spot with comfy beds and a nice layout. We appreciated the location near Lougheed Skytrain station for easy access to the city and the hot pool our kids loved.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of dining options needs improvement for families.

This was just a prime choice for one night in Coquitlam with great value. The shower constantly switched temperatures, making things interesting. Bring your own towels if you're staying longer than a night.

Families should be prepared

The stay was decent but the pricing was a little steep for what we got. The staff were friendly and the lobby felt updated which was a nice surprise.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but we managed to make it work.

had a great stay at ramada! the room was large with a neat bathroom layout, and it was nice to find such comfortable beds. this stay definitely exceeded my expectations compared to other places in the area.

We had a decent stay and really enjoyed the comfortable beds that let us all sleep well despite a few noisy neighbors. The pool and hot tub were nice relaxation spots for the kids, making our trip more fun. Just a heads up, the bathroom fixtures could use a little upgrading, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊
